What we store

Collector stores your sign-in identity, profile settings, linked Battle.net account identifier, World of Warcraft characters and collection snapshots needed to provide the service. Rankings publish your nickname, selected main character, realm, region and collection score by default.

How data is used

Your private account data is used to display and refresh your collection. Driver access is shown only to people you explicitly authorize. Public character search stores public World of Warcraft character snapshots separately from Collector accounts.

Service providers

Authentication and hosting use Amazon Cognito, AWS and Cloudflare/OpenAI Sites. Game data comes from Blizzard Entertainment services. These providers process only the data required to operate their part of the service.

Retention and deletion

Saved account data remains until you delete your account. You can permanently delete it from Profile → Delete account. Operational logs and provider backups may remain temporarily according to infrastructure retention policies.

Your choices

Rankings are on by default. You can disable or re-enable them at any time in Profile, unlink optional sign-in methods, revoke Driver access, or delete the account.
